Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems
This robot vacuum-mop makes an excellent choice for apartment dwellers as it has an economized docking system and carries its own rubbish bin. Its app allows you to choose different modes and monitor the cleanliness, plus the mopping function is impressive.
Its obstacle avoidance and mapping are impressive, and it scrubs very well, picking up pet hair, spillages and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans, and refills its tank.
Roomba Combo from iRobot
The iRobot Combo includes mopping in addition to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. The iRobot Combo doesn't quite replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It is more efficient at cleaning, and comes with an app for mobile devices that is more user-friendly but it's an excellent alternative. It was able to consistently remove dirt from hard floors and carpets. Its obstacle avoidance may not be as advanced as other systems, like LiDAR and structured light, but it is able to avoid most collisions.
The Combo comes with many of the same features that the j7 Plus includes, such as an onboard acoustic sensor to determine the floor type and AI-powered Navigation. However, it doesn't have the ability to set suction power manually. best cheap robot vacuum 's also a little less compact than its vacuum-only counterpart and doesn't come with a self-empty dock.
The Combo is one of my favorites for homes with a lot of space. Its sleek design is also among the most attractive I've seen in the market. The matte black finish is more elegant than the glossy or metallic finishes of most competitors. iRobot also adds some more elegant features, such as the leather tab to open the onboard bin, and a shelf to hold extra bags inside the dock. The iRobot Combo makes it easy to create maps and set up Keep-Out Zones.
Roborock
While Roborock is relatively new to the robot vacuum and mop market however, it has already made its mark thanks to a suite of innovative cleaning technologies. Its vacuums feature industry-leading suction power, while the brand's mopping systems come with vibrating mops that can scrub floors clean. Plus, a wide range of mapping and scheduling options lets you adjust the schedule of cleaning for your particular home.
Roborock's obstacle avoidance feature enables the robot to detect objects that are lower than its own height. This is especially useful for Roborock's top models, such as the Qrevo Master. It is the best of its kind in terms of navigation, thanks to both vSLAM, and LiDAR. Other robovacs have been reported to slam into pet waste and slam furniture with no awareness. The Qrevo Master, however, solves this issue with an AI system called Reactive which makes use of two cameras to see the objects within a room.
Roborock robots also come with several convenience features that reduce day-to-day maintenance. These include auto-empty capable docks and multifunctional mop washing stations. These features eliminate the need to empty dustbins or wash mops manually, making for a truly hands free ownership experience. In addition the app's simple design and lag-free connection to the robot make it easy to use.
Hobot Legee D8
With a variety of cleaning modes that are integrated and advanced mopping features the Hobot Legee is among the top robot vacuums/mops for both wet and dry floors. Its advanced navigation system combines five different technologies to plan and take the most efficient route. It can also identify various flooring materials and obstacles with precision. It can raise itself up to 7mm in order to glide across carpets. The intelligent spray system uses the proper amount of water to get rid of staining without leaving ugly water marks.
The Legee is the Gen 4 Robot, competes directly with the Eufy Robovac X9 or Ecovacs Deebot T20. Both robots cost more. It is more feature-rich than either of them, including a more flexible D-shaped body that is able to clean the corners and under cabinets better than a round robot. Its sensors include 360deg 3D (Lidar, Encoder, Gyro, and E-compass) four forward-facing and one right-side-facing FDS (IR ToF sensors for distance) and two cliff detectors in the front and back (most robots have only one pair). It also comes with Legee SLAM that reduces the bump-and grind problems that plague Gen 4 Robots.
Unlike most other robots, unlike other robots, the Legee features a built-in trash compactor and is compatible with the less noisy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop washing station is included and washes, refills and dry your mop's 'cloth. It can be used up to six times longer than other mops. It also cuts down on waste and the frequency of emptying the bin.
Karcher RCV 5
Known for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for a while, and it's the most advanced model. It creates maps of your home using LiDAR, and can be programmed to vacuum or mop. It can also tell the difference between carpets and hard floors, so that you don't end up with puddles on a precious pile.
Its navigation is superb and it can navigate around furniture or rugs easily. It can even raise itself over steps. The robot can be customized by adjusting a range of settings including cleaning schedules and rooms it should be cleaning. It has an 'emergency button' that will force the robot to return home in the event that its power is cut off. It can also be set to turn off automatically if the threat of storms is imminent.
The RCV 5 is very easy to use and, despite being heavy at almost 4kg, you won't have any difficulty moving it around furniture. Children with small hands will appreciate the safety features, such as sensors that warn it to stay clear of steps. Once it is charged the device will take only about a couple of hours to charge and the two buttons at the top will turn green to signal that it is ready to use.
Mova E30 Ultra
The Mova E30 Ultra is a robot vacuum cleaner that blends advanced cleaning technology with affordability. It's a competitor to models such as the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. The Mova E30 Ultra is a less expensive model, but it offers features that are not offered in other models. It uses sensors to adjust the settings for different surfaces and floors as well as find areas with dirtier surfaces. It also moves at a an accelerated pace to avoid damage to delicate furniture and walls.
The device can map the interior of your home, which you can view in the app. You can also mark rooms and objects you would like the vacuum to stay away from. The vacuum will slow down if it spots an obstruction, and avoid bumping into it. It also has a an intelligent dustbin that will notify you when it's empty, so you can empty it in time.
The Mova E30 Ultra is an budget-friendly option for anyone looking to delegate everyday cleaning chores. It can double as a robot vacuum and mop which allows you to keep your floors spotless without having to lift a finger. It also has a clever design that improves corner cleaning efficiency by as much as 60%. It can hold up to 7,000 Pa of suction power, and RoboSwing arms. It is controlled by the app or voice assistants, such as Alexa or Siri.

Beko RCV3
The Beko Robotic Vacuum/Mop RCV3 is a stylish, feature-packed robot vacuum/mop. It does a great job of keeping floors neat and tidy. It can't lift its mops to clean carpets and rugs as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV ultra, however, it is extremely effective at cleaning hard floors. It also has a self-emptying bin that provides a good level of suction power, provides many mopping options and is controlled by a top-quality application that runs on both iOS and Android.
It's smaller than most of the competition, and its main brush is shorter than most but it still did a great job of making short work of our test area easily. The edge brush that rotates on the side is a great feature. Although it didn't get rid of dirt as effectively as other competitors, it still did a good job.
The robot can be programmed with specific cleaning parameters for each room. It then creates detailed maps using LiDAR's built-in navigation. It's easy to control via the app, and a range of voice output options can inform you about the state of your home robot. Regular updates to the software can improve and increase the performance. The app is able to remotely manage the RCV3 even when you're away from home.
